Ralph and Loretta - Sabbath Candles

Oh My! Ralph has really done it this time! He has never stooped so low! He has actually given his wife exploding candles as she is about to welcome the Sabbath! When someone finally pulls a prank on Ralph, it's going to be a doozy.

Just why are these Messianic Jews even celebrating the Sabbath anyway? Aren't church services usually on Sunday? Do you think that they go to church on Saturday?

The reason that many Messianic Jews and Gentiles celebrate the Sabbath is because it is commanded by God. The fourth commandment begins:

Remember the day, Shabbat, to set it apart for God. You have six days to labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Shabbat for Adonai your God. On it, you are not to do any kind of work... Exodus 20:8-10

If a Jew puts his faith in Yeshua as his Messiah, is he going to stop observing the Sabbath and following the dietary laws, etc.? What did Paul do?
