When a Jewish person accepts Yeshua (Jesus) as their personal Messiah and still desires to maintain their Jewish Roots, they enter a strange new world.  Many Jewish people no longer regard a Messianic Jew as being Jewish.  Many Christians think that the Messianic Jew should leave their Jewish Roots behind.  And there are also several anti-missionary groups whose purpose is to "rescue" Messianic Jews and bring them back into Traditional Judaism.  Check out an example of an anti-missiounary group:
